This page allocates the total by the positive weights your group enters. A weight of 2 receives twice the share of a weight of 1. It rounds to cents and assigns any rounding remainder to the final listed person, so the displayed shares add to the entered total.
It does not decide what is fair, read a lease, verify a bill, calculate interest or late fees, create a payment, collect money, contact a roommate, or settle a disagreement. Confirm the bill, people, weights, currency, and result with your group before anyone pays.
