How does the written policy count?

A date helper, not a return service

Read the seller's policy first.

Stores can start a return period on purchase, shipment, delivery, activation, or another event. They may use business days, require a return request before a deadline, exclude categories, or set other conditions. Select the start date and counting wording that your seller actually publishes.

This tool only adds calendar dates. It does not retrieve a policy, determine return eligibility, interpret a contract or consumer law, account for holidays or shipping time, create a return, contact a seller, or promise a refund.
