The planner converts measured model-track feet into scale miles, then divides by your chosen prototype miles-per-hour target. It adds the same user-entered dwell time for every scheduled stop. A fast-clock ratio changes only the time you write on the session schedule; it does not change the physical run.

The National Model Railroad Association describes routes, stops, and a timetable or dispatcher as operating-session considerations. Use your own layout measurements and operating rules as the deciding inputs.
